IFFPF MEDIA ®  is not an insurance broker and does not refer insurance business and does not receive any commissions from any insurance advertising brokers.  IFFPF MEDIA ® is not a residential mortgage banker/broker and does not refer residential mortgage business and does not receive any commissions from any advertising residential mortgage bankers/brokers. IFFPF MEDIA ®  receives a commission from all other business referred out, without limitation, such as:  asset based lending, cash for privately held seller carry back paper and notes,  buyers of profitable C corporations,  affiliate programs, and vehicles and products sold .  

IFFPF MEDIA ® is not a lender, auto seller or lessor,  note buyer, real estate broker, insurance broker, or buyer of C Corporations and does not endorse or recommend the products or services of any of the above that you choose to do business with.  IFFPF MEDIA ® does not make loans or credit decisions in connection with any of the above, nor does IFFPF MEDIA ® issue committments.  IFFPF MEDIA ® is not an agent of either you, the consumer, any affiliate,  any advertiser, or any participating lender or loan broker, note buyer, auto dealer,  insurance broker, or C Corporation buyer (we refer to all these as "advertisers") .  IFFPF MEDIA ® is not an agent of either you, the consumer, or any participating Real Estate Broker or Insurance Broker.   IFFPF MEDIA's services are administrative and consultative only.  You should rely on your own judgement in all decisions.  You are under no obligation to use IFFPF MEDIA ®  products or services or any products or services of advertisers.    IFFPF MEDIA ® does not guarantee that completing the paperwork for any of these services will result in your receiving a loan, an offer or promise for a loan commitment or interest rate lock in agreement, the purchasing or leasing of a new or used vehicle, the sale of your privately held note, the listing or sale of any real estate, the issuance of any insurance, or the sale of your C  Corporation, or the participation in any affiliate program.          
IFFPF MEDIA ® is not engaged in the residential home loan business and does not refer out home loan business.  Any loan request submitted for a residential home loan is automatically null and void and will not be accepted.  
Loan requests submitted to IFFPF MEDIA ®  for asset based loans, private notes for sale, auto purchases or leases,  mortgages, etc.  are not applications for credit.  Rather, it is a request for a loan prequalification.  You represent that all of the information you have provided in your loan request is true and complete.  By submitting the loan request you authorize IFFPF MEDIA ® to check your credit history.  You also authorize IFFPF MEDIA ® may have to complete an application  with a Lender before they will extend an unconditional loan offer.    Real Estate Brokers and Insurance Brokers deal directly with you the consumer.   
A Lender  may require you to pay an application fee to cover the cost of an appraisal, credit report or other items.  The Lender will determine the amount of any such fees, and should provide information to you regarding the refundability of any such fees.  IFFPF MEDIA ® does not charge you the consumer, any fees for loan requests.  IFFPF MEDIA ® receives its compensation  from the Lenders for the goods, facilities and services actually provided by IFFPF MEDIA ®.      
IFFPF MEDIA ® does not research the status of title or presence of existing liens for any personal or business property used to secure private loan transactions.  
Borrower/Buyer and Lender are solely responsible for assuring that requirements under any state or federal laws that may apply to the transaction have been met, including the preparation of any disclosures, notices or other documents required by state or federal law, and for determining the terms and that the terms  are in compliance with any local, state, or federal laws, including but not limited to laws relating to usury, both federal and state income tax, sales taxes, etc.  IFFPF MEDIA ®   does not endorse, accept liability for, or participate in the creation of the terms of any contract, agreement or other arrangement, whether lawful or illicit, reached between you and any other party.  This disclaimer applies equally to any business between you and any Real Estate Broker or Insurance Broker on our web site (s).     
All other business contracted between you and  IFFPF MEDIA ® , and not referred out, will be subject to, in addition to these terms and conditions,  the terms and conditions of the contract between  you directly and IFFPF MEDIA ® .   In case of a dispute between these terms and conditions and the terms and conditions of the contract between you and IFFPF MEDIA ® , the tems and conditions of the contract between you and IFFPF MEDIA ® will rule.  As such fees are paid directly to IFFPF MEDIA ® in accordance with contract between you and IFFPF MEDIA ® .  You may be required to submit information, the same as outlined above and identified as a loan request. Upon submitting same you authorize IFFPF MEDIA  ® to check your credit history and to share such history with third parties who need to know.   
All merchandise, products and services are sold "as is" with no warranty express or implied.  All sales are final.  No refunds.  Credit or exchanges only within ten days of product delivery or service completion, with prior approval by, and at the sole discretion of IFFPF MEDIA.       
All accounts  with past due balances of over thirty days are subject to an additional late fee charge of 18%, compounded monthly on the outstanding balance.  
You agree that IFFPF MEDIA ® shall not be liable for any damages or costs of any type arising out of or in any way connected with your use of any proudcts or services of this web site(s).  IFFPF MEDIA ® and/or participating lenders , and advertisers expressly reserve the right to discontinue, suspend or terminate any program or product at any time, for any reason, and without prior notice.  
By accessing this site or other sites operated and provided by IFFPF MEDIA ® and making a loan prequalification application to , or entering into a contract with IFFPF MEDIA ® or any advertiser, or requesting information from IFFPF MEDIA ® or any advertiser you hereby understand and agree that you have estabilshed a business relationship between you and IFFPF MEDIA ®  which is the owner of this site.   As such, you agree that IFFPF MEDIA may contact you using information you provided with information and offers of services available through IFFPF MEDIA ®  and any of its websites.  You consent to any such communication or phone calls even if your phone number is on any Do Not Call List.   IFFPF MEDIA ® intends that the information contained in its web site(s) be accurate and reliable;  however, errors sometimes occur.  In addition, changes and improvements to the information provided herein made be made by IFFPF MEDIA ® at any time. You should read this terms of use and the privacy policy of this web site on a regular basis to keep informed of any and all changes.

Any claims or controversy arising out of or relating to the use of this web site(s), to the goods or services provided by IFFPF MEDIA ® , or to any acts or omissions for which you may contend IFFPF MEDIA ®  is liable, including but not limited to any claim or controversy as to arbitrability ("dispute"), shall be finally, and exclusively, settled by arbitration.  the arbitration shall be held before one arbitrator and the commercial arbitration rules of the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") in force at that time. The arbitration shall be venued in Ocean County, New Jersey.  The arbitrator shall be selected pursuant to the AAA rules. Should no AAA rule regarding the selection of an arbitrator be in effect, the consumer shall select an arbitrator from a panel of no more than five arbitrators acceptable to IFFPF MEDIA ® .   In any arbitration, the filing fee and the cost associated with the arbitration is to be evenly split between IFFPF MEDIA ® and the party making the request for arbitration.    To begin the arbitration process,  party must make a written demand therefore.  
Any judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitators may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction in Ocean County, New Jersey.  The arbitrators shall not have the power to award damages in connection with any dispute in excess of actual compensatory damages and shall not multiply actual damages or award consequential, punitive or exemplary damages, and each party irrevocably waives any claim thereto.  The agreement to arbitrate shall not be construed as an agreement to the joinder or consolidation of an arbitration under this agreement with an arbitration of disputes or claims of any non-party, regardless of the nature of the issues or disputes involved.     
THIS AGREEMENT PROVIDES THAT ALL DISPUTES BETWEEN YOU AND IFFPF MEDIA ®  WILL BE RESOLVED BY BINDING ARBITRATION.  YOU THUS GIVE UP YOUR RIGHT TO GO TO COURT TO ASSERT OR DEFEND YOUR RIGHTS.   YOU ALSO GIVE UP YOUR RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN OR BRING CLASS ACTIONS. YOUR RIGHTS WILL BE DETERMINED BY NEUTRAL ARBITRATORS AND NOT A JUDGE OR JURY.  You are entitled to a fair hearing, but the arbitration procedures are simpler and more limited than rules applicable in court.  Arbitrator decisions are enforceable as any court order and are subject to very limited review by a court.  By using IFFPF MEDIA’s  goods and services and those of its advertisers you consent to these restrictions.  
Should a dispute arise and should the arbitration provisions herein become inapplicable or unenforceable, or in any instance of any lawsuit between you and IFFPF MEDIA   the parties agree that jursdiction over and venue of any suit shall be exclusively in the state and federal courts sitting in Ocean County, New Jersey.  If either party employs attorney’s to enforce any right in connection with any dispute or lawsuit the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorney’s fees.  
This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and IFFPF MEDIA ® and it supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications promises and proposals, whether oral, written or electronic, between you and IFFPF MEDIA ® with respect to this web site(s) and information, software, products and services associated with it.  This agreement shall be subject to and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of New Jersey,  If any part of this agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deeded superseded by a valid enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision, and the remainder of the agreement shall continue in effect.  A printed version of this agreement and of any notice given in electronic form shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to this agreement to the same extent and subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form.  All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.      
All claims (excluding requests for injunctive or equitable relief) between the parties must be resolved using the "BINDING ARBITRATION" dispute resolution mechanism as outlined above.  To begin the arbitration process, one party must make a written demand therefor.  Should either party file an action contrary to this, the other party may recover attorneys’ fees and costs up to $5,000. USD, provided that the party seeking the award has notified the other party in writing of the improperly filed claim, and the other party has failed to withdraw the claim.
You may not transfer any rights or obligations you may have under this agreement with out the prior written consent of IFFPF MEDIA ® .   IFFPF MEDIA ® reserves the right to transfer this agreement or any right or obligation under this agreement without your consent.
All services , programs , opportunities, and goods offered on this site and licensed sites are void where prohibited.
